Celebrating Romania’s National Day with Joy and Tradition

On November 29th, our school community came together for a vibrant and heartwarming assembly to celebrate Romania’s National Day. The event brought students, teachers, and parents together to celebrate the nation’s rich history and culture through music, poetry, and dance.

The event showcased the rich cultural heritage of Romania, brought to life by the talented performances of students from Years 1 through 6, as well as students from the secondary school. Their enthusiasm and dedication shone through, inspiring pride and appreciation in the audience. Their voices echoed the spirit of Romania, and their enthusiasm set the tone for the rest of the program.

The secondary students then took the stage, captivating the audience with their extraordinary talents. The melodious tunes of the accordion transported everyone to the heart of Romania, evoking scenes of picturesque villages and rolling hills. Their performance was followed by traditional songs that highlighted the beauty of Romanian folk music.

This special assembly was more than just a celebration; it was a heartfelt tribute to Romania’s traditions and the students’ remarkable talents. It left everyone inspired and deeply connected to the nation’s heritage. Bravo to all participants!
